We are happy to assist you with billing or medical insurance questions.
Our goal is to provide the highest possible quality of care, which includes the complimentary service of billing your insurance company. We accept and invoice most major insurance plans. Please present your insurance card at each visit to ensure accurate billing for services. We also accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, and debit cards.
Vision and Medical Insurance
Most vision insurance plans provide coverage for glasses and contact lenses. Medical insurance will usually pay for eye health problems. Understanding the details of your medical and/or vision insurance coverage such as co-pays, deductibles, and pre-authorizations will help determine your out-of-pocket responsibility. This information is available from your insurance company or agent. Although we are knowledgeable about most insurance plans, it is to your benefit to know what your policy covers.
If you are 18 or over, you are legally responsible for the payment of the services you receive from Taylor Eye Care. If the patient is under 18, parents or legal guardians are responsible for payment.
