Understanding the details of your medical and/or vision insurance coverage such as co-pays, deductibles, and pre-authorizations will help determine your out-of-pocket responsibility. If you are 18 or over, you are legally responsible for the payment of the services you receive from Taylor Eye Care. If the patient is under 18, parents or legal guardians are responsible for payment.
